Fortnite is one of the most popular games on iOS, and for good reason. The game is incredibly fun to play, and it’s easy to get started. However, there are a few things you need to know in order to enjoy the game on your iPhone. First, you need an iPhone 6 or newer. Second, you need an Apple ID. Third, you need a phone with at least 4GB of storage. Finally, you need Fortnite Battle Royale mode enabled on your phone. If all of these things are in place, then you’re ready to start playing Fortnite again on your iPhone! Just be sure that Battle Royale is enabled on your phone so that you can join in on the fun!
“Alongside the amazing team at Epic Games, we’ve been working to enable a touch-friendly version of Fortnite for mobile delivered through the cloud. While PC games in the GeForce NOW library are best experienced on mobile with a gamepad, the introduction of touch controls built by the GeForce NOW team offers more options for players, starting with Fortnite,” said NVIDIA in a blog post.
If you want to play Fortnite on your mobile device, you’ll need to sign up for the beta test. You’ll need to be a member of NVIDIA GeForce Now. Once you’re registered, you can sign up and hope to be selected for the beta. You don’t need to be a paid member to get in on the beta, which means you can try it out for free.
According to NVIDIA, members of the service who sign up for the beta will be admitted in batches over the coming weeks.
While it’s not a perfect solution, streaming Fortnite on iPhone isn’t as good as playing it locally, but until Epic and Apple work out their problems (if they ever do), it’s better than not playing the game at all.
