If you’ve ever sent an email and had it bounce back because the recipient’s mailbox was full, you know how frustrating it can be. Outlook 2007 has a feature that can help you avoid this problem. To resend an email in Outlook 2007, first make sure that the email is properly formatted. To do this, open the email and look for the “From” field. In most cases, this field will have a name or address in it. If not, type the address into the “From” field and press Enter. Next, find the “To” field and type in the recipient’s address again. This time, make sure to include any special characters that may be needed (like @ symbol). Finally, enter a subject for your message and press Enter. Now that your email is properly formatted, all you need to do is send it again. To do this, click on the “Send” button located at the top of your screen and select “Mail.” In the “To:” field, type in the recipient’s address again and press Enter. This time, enter a subject for your message and press Enter again. Finally, click on “Send.” Your email should now be sent! ..
With the mail message you sent open, in the Actions group click on Other Actions and scroll down to Resend This Message…
Click on Send. While your message is open you can also choose to add recipients.
At this point you can also add or remove attachments. Using this feature only allows you to resend one message at a time. You will need to open each message separately and follow the previous steps.
