Scroll bars are a common feature in Windows 10, and they can be used to help you see what’s going on in your computer screen. You can create scroll bars using the tools that are available to you, or you can use the Windows 10 Scroll Bar tool. The first thing that you need to do is open the Windows 10 Scroll Bar tool. This tool is located in the Tools group of the Control Panel, and it’s also available from the Start menu. The Scroll Bar tool is a simple tool, and it’s designed to help you create scroll bars on your computer screen. To use the Scroll Bar tool, first open it by opening the Control Panel and clicking on its icon. Then, click on the New button at the top of the window. This will open a new window that will contain all of the tools that are available to you when using this tool. The first thing that you need to do when using this tool is to select what type of scroll bar you want to create. You can either choose to create a horizontal scroll bar or a vertical scroll bar. Once you’ve chosen which type of scroll bar you want to create, then click on OK. Next, you’ll need to set up how many lines per column your scrolling should be done on your computer screen. You can either set this value manually or use one of the default values that are provided by Windows 10 when creating scrolls bars. Once you’ve set up how many lines per column your scrolling should be done on your computer screen, then click on OK again. Now that you’ve created yourScroll Bars using the Scroll Bar Tool, they’re ready for use!

By default, Windows 10 hides scrollbars in Windows Store apps when they’re inactive. When you move your mouse, the scrollbars reappear. If you find this behavior annoying, you can turn it off and have Windows 10 always show scrollbars in Store apps.

Microsoft added the ability to disable hiding scrollbars in Windows Store apps in the April 2018 Update. If your PC is updated with the latest build, preventing Windows from automatically hiding scrollbars is easy.

Hit Windows+I to open Settings. If you prefer the scenic route, click Start and then click the setting cog.

In the Settings window, click the “Ease of Access” category.

On the left side of the Ease of Access screen, click the “Display” option. On the right, turn off the “Automatically Hide Scroll Bars In Windows” toggle to make sure your scrollbars don’t disappear anymore.

Now that you’ve disabled the scrollbar from hiding when inactive, it will always be visible for any Windows Store app, as well as some built-in apps like Edge, Settings, and even the Start menu.

If you decide that you do like this feature after all, follow these steps again to re-enable it.
